Refund and Returns Policy

At Ownpaint, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.
1. Refund Policy
- Custom Products: Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an issue caused by us (e.g., damage during transit, incorrect item received, or a production error).
- Non-Custom Products: For non-custom items, refunds may be issued if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
2. Returns Policy
- Custom Products: Returns are not accepted for custom artwork, including pet portraits, custom paintings, or personalized prints.
- Non-Custom Products: If you wish to return a non-custom item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, we begin processing, and cancellations are not possible.
5. How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund, return, or report an issue, please:
- Email us at cs@ownpaint.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach photos if applicable (e.g., damaged item).
6. Exceptions
We cannot process refunds or returns for:
- Incorrect information or photo provided by the customer for custom artwork.
- Minor color variations or differences due to screen displays or artistic interpretations.
