2.2. All custom products are created based on the details and images you provide during the order process. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. Payments must be completed at checkout. We accept only cards and Paypal, as well as Venmo payment.
4. Ordering Process
4.1. Custom orders are processed based on the details and uploaded images provided by the customer.
4.2. Changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, modifications may not be possible.
4.3. Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Ownpaint ships worldwide. Delivery times vary based on location and product type.
5.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ownpaint is not liable for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses.
5.3. Any customs fees or duties for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1. Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds and returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

8.1. Ownpaint is not liable for minor variations in color, style, or artistic interpretation of custom artwork.
8.2. In no event shall Ownpaint be liable for damages exceeding the purchase price of the product.
